1. Members should avoid cash payments at the club and in case payment has to be made by cash it should be handed over only at club office to Mr. Jignesh between 11.00 am to 6.00 pm on all week days except Wednesday.
2. Members have to take cash receipt immediately upon payment. In case of any difficulty member may contact the club treasurer.
3. Charges incurred by guests would be billed to the member. There will be no direct transaction between guests & the club.
4. Members and their guests are not permitted to make direct payments to the coach for any facility.
5. Club will not be responsible in case of any problem arising due to above instructions not bring followed by members.

* NR (Overseas) members need to submit a declaration of overseas residence along with copy of passport & supporting documents justifying overseas stay in order to avail the discount.
In the instance the club ceases to function within first 6 months of the financial year, 50% of the annual subscription (excluding GST) would be refunded to those members who have paid the annual subscription for that financial year and have no pending dues to the club.
FOR THOSE MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT CLEARED THEIR DUES- Any member who has unpaid Annual subscription of 2023-24 or earlier years & or dues exceeding Rs. 5,000/- his/her credit facility would not be extended and stands withdrawn till overdue amount is cleared. Such member wishing to avail Club facilities / services would do so only against cash / immediate payment of entire overdue amount. Further if such member does not clear all dues before 30/04/2024 he/she will not be eligible to enter the club till all dues are cleared.

Dear Members Enjoy this summer vacation the following coaching in various activities.
A) BADMINTON CHILDREN COACHING 3 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY Timing: 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm Member’s Fees: Rs. 1,250/- plus GST per month & user charges.
B) BILLIARDS COACHING 4 DAYS A WEEK Coaching Fees for Members Rs. 1,400/- plus GST per month & game charges.
C) SWIMMING COACHING Basic swimming skill – Rs. 1,500/- plus GST & monthly member charges of Rs. 700/- Advance swimming – Rs. 1,750/- plus GST & monthly member charges of Rs. 700/- General timings: Morning 6.30 am to 10.30 am. Evening 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
