Ahmedabad Gymkhana Club would like to continue its tradition of celebrating Christmas day & this time with COVID precautions like maintaining physical distancing and necessary guidelines.

The club is arranging a X’mas party at on 25th December 2020 at club premises at 5 pm which involves fun and surprises for children, dance with light music, games etc with decorations, lights & balloons & snacks for children .Guests are welcome.

Our Santa Claus will be present to distribute gifts & chocolates to the children.

We request members to send their confirmation for participation by 23/12/20. Those members who wish to give gifts to their children through Santa may please send the gifts to Club before the event.

The charges would be Rs 300/-per child.

Special fixed menu will be available for members on this day.

Greetings from Ahmedabad Gymkhana Club,

We are happy to announce the re-opening of the club from 5th September 2020 for  facilities of Badminton, Billiards, Table Tennis  & Gymnasium. Canteen will be open with a limited menu. Presently timing will be 07.00 to 10.30 and 16.00 to 20.00 .Extension in time would be communicated to members. 

Our staff Mr. Mithil Panchal (Mobile no – 8306110795) / Mr. Raju Patel will assist the member for contact less entry at TCP gate-1.

Members are requested to use only TCP gate no-1 and come directly to the club in their vehicles. Presently Rawley stadium, other parts of cantonment  & golf course are not open for use or for walking due to covid situation.

Members are requested to follow the schedules and rules & regulation based on guidelines issued by Government to prevent spread of Covid-19 .These details are attached herewith and also available on our club website.

Members are requested to follow these instructions strictly and cooperate with the staff & management for the well being of all of us.

Hi folks.

Like last year we are organising a fun-filled Republic Day event on 26th January.

The event starts with a Unity walk at 8.30 am inside the Cantonment after which we are being joined by 15 beautiful vintage cars / motorcycles and their owners for the Flag hoisting at 9.30am being conducted by the Army Station Commander.

Lavish Breakfast / Brunch spread starts 10 am onwards in Ala-cart style.

Notice is hereby given that an EGM of the club will be held on Sunday, 19th January 2020 at 4:30pm, at the club premises to transact the following business:

1. To approve & pass the proposed Byelaws of the club as affixed on the notice board of the club since 04-Jan-2020 for viewing by the members
2. To take a note of the proposal (as a one-time-offer) for re-joining of members who have resigned or surrendered their membership
3. To consider and pass any other point with the permission of the chair

The function will be from 630pm to 930pm, at the club lawns.

Lohri will be lit at 730pm.
