The Members of Ahmedabad Gymkhana Club.

The Managing Committee of Ahmedabad Gymkhana club has decided to keep the annual subscription for the year FY 2025-26 same as per the previous year.

This year special e-coupon of Rs. 1,000/- will be given to the member who’s Annual Subscription 2025-26 will be credited in our Bank before 30^th April 2025. This e-coupon can be used by the member during the accounting year 2025-26 in club activities and club food cafe.

* NR (Overseas) members need to submit a declaration of overseas residence along with copy of passport &supporting documents justifying overseas stay in order to avail the discount.

In the instance the club ceases to function within first 6 months of the financial year, 50% of the annual subscription (excluding GST) would be refunded to those members who have paid the annual subscription for that financial year and have no pending dues to the club.

Note: In case overdue amount of a member exceeds Rs. 5000, credit facility would not be extended and stands withdrawn till overdue amount is cleared. Such member wishing to avail Club Facilities would be able to do so against immediate payment only.

1. Annual Subscription Amount: Annual subscription of FY 2025-26 if not paid by 30.6.2025 would be considered as overdue amount and late payment fee would be applicable for such payments received after 30.6.2025.

Unpaid annual subscriptions of earlier years would be considered as over due payments and such members would not be permitted to enter the club till their dues are cleared.

2.       Monthly Bills –Payment received after 20th of the following the month for which bill has been raised would be considered as over due payment and late payment fee would be applicable to such overdue amount.

Dear Members,

We request you kindly make note of the following w.r.t. Cash payments.

1. Members should avoid cash payments at the club and in case payment has to be made by cash it should be handed over only at club office to Mr. Jignesh between 11.00 am to 6.00 pm on all week days except Wednesday.

2. Members have to take cash receipt immediately upon payment. In case of any difficulty member may contact the club treasurer.

3. Charges incurred by guests would be billed to the member. There will be no direct transaction between guests & the club.

4. Members and their guests are not permitted to make direct payments to the coach for any facility.

5. Club will not be responsible in case of any problem arising due to above instructions not bring followed by members.
